Foona's Blog

Snow are finally falling like crazy in Sweden and I totally love it. Today I took of my Tam and let my dreads out. I then stepped out into the snow madness without a jacket and enjoyed the snow twirling all around me. I have always loved the winter, but the last five or so years snow has been really scarce. Not this year however, now snow is coming in large quantities and it just won’t stop.

A lot of stuff has happen since my last update. I have finally moved to Stockholm and I have been living here for two weeks now. I love this town and the possibilities are infinite. Trust me I have already sampled a wide variety of veggie foods and to have these many choices is just perfect!

I am currently working on my album and it will be released in the spring 2010. I had to move the release date from March to May. I simply just don’t have the time to complete the album that early. As the title of this post states I have a new video clip up on Youtube. I made a live recording in the studio using a track from the new album “Foona’s In’I Sound Part 2”. Check it out right here!

Other news..
I still have a lot of collab’s going on and I recently sent two more riddims to Ticko from Uppsala. I know this is going to be good because I love what he does. He is also bringing in Amsiebrown on one project, something I am looking farward to a lot. Charles Lazarus from Rootz Underground finally gave me the heads up on our dub collab and our project will be released as a Christmas gift for anyone who wants’ it. More info about this will come in due time.
